As the studio continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Landscaping Team Leader/Foreman to join our in-house landscaping team. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with our Landscape Project Manager and design team, delivering high-end residential garden projects across West Sussex and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, leads by example on site, and understands what it means to deliver a project to the highest possible standard.
What You’ll Do- Lead a small, skilled team of landscapers on site across high-end residential projects
- Ensure all work is delivered to the correct specification, drawings, and the highest standard of workmanship
- Maintain high standards of site organisation, presentation, and professionalism throughout
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates clearly with the Landscape Project Manager
- Work closely with the design team to ensure the design intent is realised on site
- Uphold the Andy Stedman Design standard on every project, from start to finish
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ professional landscaping experience
- Have a strong understanding of hard and soft landscaping construction techniques and materials
- Have proven experience leading a team on site
- Can read and interpret construction drawings and plans with confidence
- Are reliable, well-presented, and professional on site at all times
- Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a structured, professional team
- Hold a full UK driving licence
