What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and growing your own property business under the eXp umbrella
• Managing an exclusive portfolio of high-end properties across London and the UK
• Working with UHNW clients, investors, developers, and international buyers
• Using cutting-edge eXp tools to streamline listings, CRM, lead generation, and marketing
• Negotiating and closing sales/lettings with full commission paid directly to you
• Developing passive income through revenue share and agent attraction
• Leveraging global networking, virtual tools, and eXp’s cloud-based support systems
• Staying current with market trends and digital innovation in real estate

Who You Are

• Proven real estate broker/agent or sales professional with a hunger for growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build something of your own
• Confident, well-connected, and passionate about luxury property
• Skilled in negotiation, customer service, and property valuation
• Comfortable with self-employment and commission-only models
• Tech-savvy and social media fluent
• Ideally connected to HNW/UHNW clients, investors, or developers

Compensation

• Self-Employed / Commission-Only
• Uncapped earnings – the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn
• Realistic Year 1 OTE: £60,000–£80,000 (with no prior real estate experience)
• Experienced Agents: £150,000–£300,000+ (depending on deals and referrals)
