Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards to this permanent vacancy. This is an exciting chance to join a growing Conveyancing team working for this well-established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham. This role is office-based with 1 working from home day for title checks and focus work.
Location: Rotherham Office
Competitive Salary
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time)
Overview of the role:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be committed to delivering a high-quality client service
Highly Advantageous if:
- You also have experience in unregistered, Shared Ownership and dealing with new builds etc but not essential.
- Have a referrer following but not essential
- Commercial Property experience, but not essential
