Andy File Associates are acting on behalf of our client as a recruitment business with regards this temporary to permanent vacancy 6 x Picker Packers Location: Two sites in S65, Rotherham Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm, 4 days out of 7 on a rota basis About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated Picker Packers to join our busy warehouse team, processing Amazon customer orders. You will be working across two sites in Rotherham (S65), using hand-held scanners and computers to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities * Accurately picking items for customer orders using hand-held scanners * Packing items securely to company and Amazon standards * Using computers and scanners to track, record, and update order progress * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Meeting daily targets and performance standards * Following health & safety procedures at all times * Working flexibly across two warehouse sites as required Requirements * Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided * Ability to use hand-held scanners and basic computer systems * Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately * Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods of time * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * Flexibility to work 4 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends if required What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Full training provided * Opportunities for overtime * Supportive team environment
