Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client for this permanent position of Partner Account Manager.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in print, document management solutions or other software services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is confident managing the full customer lifecycle from pre‑sales to renewal.
Location: National Role
Salary: £35‑40K Basic plus OTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow revenues from a combination of new and existing international partners by providing ongoing enablement and support.
- Work closely with other areas of the business such as marketing and customer support.
- Guide partners (and their customers) through the complete journey: POC, implementation, training, and renewal.
- Create and deliver supporting materials for sales opportunities and marketing campaigns.
- Act as the liaison point between the partner and internal teams for training, data analysis, and technical setup and be able to take on some tasks as appropriate.
- Analyse customer data using the Intuitive dashboards and provide actionable insights to customers and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and nurture new ones.
Key Skills:
- Understand the customer and partner business drivers and position Intuitive appropriately to meet needs.
- Ability to engage partners at multiple levels including management, sales and technical.
- Ability to demonstrate the Intuitive product in different scenarios.
- Ability to work with data in Intuitive to drive business value.
- Ability to work closely and collaborate with the wider Intuitive team based in Leeds.
- Demonstrate Intuitive core values.
- Good mix of sales, marketing and technical skills.
- Creative in terms of bringing new ideas to the business.
- Self‑Motivated.
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years’ industry experience.
- 2+ years in account management or customer‑facing technical roles.
Ideal Experience:
- Pre‑Sales Channel / Partner Management
- Familiarity with print management and document management systems.
