Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position. Our client, a long established general legal practice in Doncaster who deal with a wide area of law including Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Private Client, Litigation and Family are now looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their team.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload including the following matters:

  • Drafting and advising on a range of wills
  • Probate
  • Estate administration
  • LPAs
  • Court of Protection
  • Trusts

Essential Experience

  • Knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection and Trusts
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

A suitable candidate for this role will have at least 1 year PQE; however, candidates that fall outside this criteria but have relevant knowledge and experience will also be considered. They expect the candidate to be able to work relatively autonomously. Support will, however, be available when needed. Most working patterns will be considered and working in-office is preferred; however, there is a hybrid option available of 1 day per week working from home.

Benefits include: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, a further day after 5 years service and again after 10 years service, and standard NEST pension.
