Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add another Helpdesk Coordinator to their friendly and supportive team. The Role: As a Helpdesk Coordinator you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring maintenance requests and service calls are dealt with efficiently from start to finish. Working within a busy helpdesk team, you'll liaise with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure work is completed within agreed service levels while keeping customers updated.
