Are you a highly motivated and experienced accounts payable professional ready to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing defense technology company? We're seeking an individual with a strong foundation in Accounts Payable (A/P) to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of all A/P transactions for our UK & EMEA operations as we scale our presence across the region. The ideal candidate will thrive at an incredibly fast pace and be ready to support the hyper growth of our business.

We're building a world-class International Accounting team in the United Kingdom. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a core member of this team, working with both internal and external stakeholders. You will partner cross functionally to help build and improve the processes, controls, and systems that allow Anduril to efficiently operate and scale across the region as our international presence grows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process all vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring proper coding, authorization, and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and support opportunities to implement and optimize improvements in the A/P workflow.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment disbursements to vendors, adhering to payment schedules and internal controls.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Partner with global A/P, finance, supply chain, and procurement teams to deliver a best-in-class A/P function and vendor experience.
  • Assist employees with payables issues and general A/P questions.
  • Assist with vendor setup and verification of banking information.
  • Book A/P entries during month-end close (i.e. accruals, invoice transactions, etc.).
  • Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits related to the A/P function.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in an accounts payable or transactional accounting role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience operating within a global organizational structure.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or another large ERP system preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
