We are looking for a Head of Mission Readiness, Europe to join our rapidly growing team in London, UK. You will lead the effort to advance and formalize Anduril’s Mission Readiness – Integrated Support capabilities. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive logistics strategies that improve Anduril’s ability to deploy, maintain, and sustain hardware. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all Mission Readiness elements and will have a breadth of understanding of both commercial and military logistics, experience on government programs, and a deep attention to detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring Anduril continues to scale our capabilities in government and logistics.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct all Mission Readiness – Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs, including execution, process, best practices, technical oversight, and budget monitoring.
  • Take Integrated Logistics Support from zero to one on an aggressive timeline.
  • Implement and maintain logistics systems, standards, and data to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and program management to align and execute logistics goals.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans and best practices for timely delivery of program deliverables.
  • Work with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration.
  • Influence and coordinate proposals, business plans, budgets, and contract terms; influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.
  • Remove obstacles for the team and partners, thinking critically and engaging the right resources.
  • Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders using Slack, email, and meetings.
  • Be a team player, willing to do hands‑on work, and embrace the startup culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in government logistics or progressively complex program administration, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
  • Technical expertise and application of logistics management principles, concepts, and practices, with leadership skills in organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as needed for the business.
  • Capacity to reside in London or relocate to the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in regulatory requirements related to government logistics, preferably defense.
  • Experience with military branch Integrated Logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration ability in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment; startup experience preferred.
  • Outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Ability to lead projects from conception to execution independently.
  • High pace, positive attitude, and adeptness at influencing people directly and indirectly.
  • Government proposal experience is desired.

Salary and Compensation

US Salary Range: $162,000 – $214,000 USD. The range is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on experience, education, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers.
