The role supports the administration of a diverse portfolio of international trust and corporate structures holding significant private wealth assets.
Working as part of an established Family Office team, you will support the administration of a diverse portfolio of international trust and corporate structures holding significant private wealth assets.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a portfolio of trusts and underlying company structures
- Prepare trustee and director resolutions, minutes and corporate records
- Coordinate trustee and board meetings and implement decisions
- Prepare banking instructions and related documentation
- Liaise with offshore service providers, registered offices and advisers
- Support KYC and due diligence requirements across trusts and companies
- Maintain statutory records and document management systems
- Assist with a variety of trust and corporate administration projects
- Approximately 10 years' experience in trust and corporate administration
