A Mayfair-based international private family office is hiring a standalone Legal Operations & Compliance Manager reporting to C-suite leadership. The successful candidate will own, rebuild and manage Legal, Compliance and HR Operations - implementing scalable processes, systems and governance.
Requires graduate-level education and proven senior legal-operations experience in law firms, fiduciary services or family offices. Hybrid, 4 days in the Mayfair office.
The Role:
This new role reports to C-suite leadership and addresses business-growth needs. The position is standalone but collaborative with family office professionals. The successful candidate will own, rebuild and manage Legal, Compliance and HR Operations, implementing scalable processes, systems and governance for the business.
Required Background:
Graduate-level education with proven senior Legal Operations experience in law firms, fiduciary services or family offices. Key competencies include exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, project management, process building, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency.
Work arrangement:
Hybrid - 4 days office-based in Mayfair, 1 day remote.
