About Parami Capital
Operating as a transatlantic multifamily office, Parami Capital combines active investment management with the demanding administrative oversight you would expect from a private practice. We work with a small number of clients, directing their global market allocations and managing the specific cross-border vehicles holding those assets.
The Role
This position supports the commercial underwriting and execution of alternative investments across the portfolio. Reporting directly to the senior partnership, the Associate will take ownership of the analytical and coordination workstreams that underpin each transaction.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models across LBO, DCF, and returns-based frameworks for direct acquisition opportunities
- Coordinating external legal, tax, and structural diligence on live transactions, serving as the primary point of contact for advisers and counterparties
- Preparing investment memoranda and transaction summaries for principal review
- Monitoring the existing portfolio through periodic valuation updates and performance reporting
- Supporting deal sourcing through market mapping and relationship tracking across target sectors
The Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in middle-market private equity, investment banking, or specialised private credit
- A demonstrable ability to run complex valuation models independently, with minimal oversight
- Strong written communication skills where you can translate a detailed model into a clear, well-argued investment narrative
- Comfortable operating in a lean environment where prioritisation and judgement matter as much as technical ability
- Discretion and professionalism consistent with working closely with principal families and their advisers
Benefits
- Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
- Direct exposure to senior decision-makers and principal investors
- Broad transaction responsibility within a lean, high-trust team
- The opportunity to work across a diverse range of private market investments rather than a narrow product silo
- Long-term, fundamentals-driven investment environment with meaningful analytical depth
- Private medical insurance
- Generous pension contribution
- Paid holiday entitlement and parental leave
