Senior financial leadership across the group's accounting, tax, treasury and governance functions, reporting to the CEO in a lean, hands-on team.

An exclusive opportunity exists within a London-based Family Office seeking an Interim Head of Finance on a 12 to 15-month fixed-term contract.

The organisation is the private investment vehicle of a prominent entrepreneur and philanthropist, investing in listed and unlisted companies across various sectors.

The role requires senior financial leadership across the group's accounting, tax, treasury, and governance functions, reporting to the CEO while collaborating with the Principal, General Counsel, and Investment team.

Key responsibilities

  • Full ownership of financial accounting and reporting in a multi-entity structure.
  • UK tax compliance administration.
  • Treasury and cash management, including loan refinancing.
  • Financial systems and governance oversight.
