A senior, hands-on mandate overseeing day-to-day family office operations, external adviser relationships, investment monitoring and a small finance team, with hybrid working available.

This individual will manage financial affairs for two Founders and their related entities, reporting directly to them while providing operational and financial support to the Founders and their families.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day family office operations and manage relationships with external advisers and service providers.
The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
Key responsibilities Collaborate with Founders on strategy and budgeting; communicate financial positions and cashflow needs.
Serve as primary contact for banks, lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, fund administrators, and trustees.
Monitor investment performance and coordinate with investment managers.
Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities; oversee exits and asset disposals.
Manage a team of 2-3 accountants handling financial reporting, tax compliance, optimisation, and treasury.
Support Founders' charitable trusts.
Required qualifications Experience working with family offices, trusts, and offshore structures.
Knowledge of private equity fund structures, partnerships (GP/LP, LLP), and corporate entities.
Accounting background (ACA/ACCA preferred).
Team management and hiring experience.
Proactive, detail-oriented approach with commercial awareness.
