Head of Family Office – UAE Based

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to manage, preserve, and grow the family’s wealth, aligning with their long-term goals and values.
2. Act as the primary advisor to family members on financial, investment, legal, and personal matters.
3. Establish a clear governance structure for the family office, including policies, procedures, and accountability measures.
4. Oversee the management of a diversified investment portfolio, ensuring optimal returns while adhering to the family’s risk tolerance and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
2. 20+ years of experience working in Investments, Advisory, or Wealth Management roles.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in unfamiliar fields or with limited information.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
