Andron Facilities Management is seeking an experienced HR Team Lead to drive day-to-day delivery of People Advisory and HR Services across the business in the UK. You will lead a team of HR Advisors and HR Administrators, combining strategic oversight with hands-on casework in employee relations and HR operations.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will ensure compliant, practical HR support, develop manager capability, and continuously improve processes to enhance the employee experience.
