We are looking for a reliable cleaner to undertake cleaning tasks externally at our clients shopping centre site premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our clients site cleaned to the highest standard, as per an agreed specification with the grounds team and at times with the inside cleaning team . Additional hours maybe available at the site. This role is temp currently Oct but maybe become permanent .

Times are 10 am to 2 pm 5 Days over 7
Paid 20 hrs per week
* Could be required to drive the site sweeper and Tractor so driving license is required.
* Pressure washing the mall when required internal / external
* Undertake waste shifts when required.
* To work in accordance with Company Health and Safety Procedures, adopting safe systems of work.
* To check equipment prior to use and to report defective equipment to a member of management or to the Regional Office as soon as possible.
* To report any hazardous or potentially hazardous situation to a member of management
* To wear any Personal Protective Equipment issued, as required by Company policy, at all appropriate times.
* To comply with legitimate management requests and instructions.
* To take care of Company equipment and use it only for its intended purpose.
* To only operate equipment for which you have been fully trained or have been given full instructions.
* To ensure that all hazardous substances are handled in a safe and responsible manner.
