Androlabs in London is seeking a CMC Associate Director to lead end-to-end CMC and pharmaceutical development programmes across our portfolio.
You will own technology transfers, CDMO management, and ensure alignment with regulatory, clinical, and commercial goals.
This senior role reports to the co-founder and requires 10–14 years of pharma manufacturing/CMC experience, strong budget oversight, and ability to build external partnerships with CDMOs and contractors in the EU/UK.
