We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a central role in delivering content and campaigns across our global and local markets. This is a hands-on execution role where you will manage our digital channels and ensure our content programme runs to a high standard.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Content Development — Global & Local: Develop and deliver content assets and campaigns from brief to completion across global and local markets. Ensure materials meet quality and compliance standards in line with the ABPI Code of Practice.
  • Digital Channel Management: Day-to-day management of Androlabs' digital channels, including the corporate website and HubSpot CRM marketing programme. Monitor analytics and produce regular performance reports.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance Reporting: Execute campaign plans with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs. Track and report on campaign performance, translating data into clear summaries and recommendations.

What You Bring:

  • Marketing or brand management experience within pharma or life sciences — this is non-negotiable.
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital channels (website, analytics, CRM).
  • Experience executing campaigns and reporting on performance.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage content workflows.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Desirable:

  • HubSpot proficiency.
  • Experience in a scale-up or fast-growth environment.
  • Background in men's health, urology, or endocrinology.
