What is our mission and how do we work?

Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on. We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of men’s health, improve education, and remove barriers to care.

We have already launched the first-ever men’s health pub, developed a leading patient education platform, built a HCP zone with CPD-accredited learning, convened scientific advisory committee meetings with 17 of Europe’s top KOLs, and facilitated publications that have evolved the field of men’s health treatment. By putting patients first and adopting a science-led approach, we are reshaping the traditional pharma model to deliver better outcomes across men’s health.

We are a diverse team of about 40 people based across 7 countries, and speak more than 14 languages. The Role

We are looking for a Global Marketing Lead to join our growing team. As our team grows, we need a marketer who can own the delivery of content and campaigns across global and local markets. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and across the business with Medical, Regulatory, and Sales. This is a role for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership: taking a brief through to delivery, and holding themselves accountable for quality and results.

What You Will Be Doing?

  1. Content Development - Global & Local
    • Own the development of content assets and campaigns from brief to delivery across global and local markets.
    • Define and manage content planning processes, coordinating cross-functional input from Medical, Regulatory, and Sales.
    • Maintain quality and compliance across all materials in line with the ABPI Code of Practice.
  2. Digital Channel Management
    • Take full ownership of Androlabs' digital estate, including the corporate website, HubSpot CRM marketing programme, and the TRTed platform.
    • Manage analytics, track performance, and drive continuous improvement based on data.
    • Identify and implement improvements to user journeys, content architecture, and campaign flows.
  3. Campaign Planning, Performance Tracking & ROI Reporting
    • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, setting clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
    • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, translating data into actionable recommendations.
    • Bring rigour and consistency to how the Marketing team measures and communicates impact.

Who You Are and What You Bring

Required:

  • Proven marketing or brand management experience within pharma or life sciences — this is non-negotiable.
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and how it shapes marketing activity.
  • Proven experience managing a digital estate (website, analytics, CRM) end-to-end.
  • Campaign planning and ROI reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global and local content programmes.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Desirable:

  • HubSpot proficiency.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growth environment.
  • Comfort with async working and written communication as a primary mode of collaboration.
  • Experience in men's health, urology or endocrinology therapeutic areas.
