What You'll Be Doing As Service Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Birmingham Service Centre, leading a team of engineers and supporting the continued success of the business.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of engineers.
  • Managing engineer utilisation, scheduling and performance.
  • Driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Taking accountability for site Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting recruitment, training and development initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Contributing to the achievement of business objectives and growth plans.
