What You'll Be Doing As Service Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Birmingham Service Centre, leading a team of engineers and supporting the continued success of the business.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of engineers.
- Managing engineer utilisation, scheduling and performance.
- Driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Taking accountability for site Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supporting recruitment, training and development initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Contributing to the achievement of business objectives and growth plans.
