We are currently seeking a Van Driver to join our busy Pontypridd Depot, helping us deliver and collect essential hire equipment safely, efficiently and professionally across South Wales and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Van Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering and collecting specialist hire equipment to customers across a variety of sectors. You’ll act as a professional ambassador for Andrews Sykes, ensuring every customer receives excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver and collect hire equipment from customer sites.
- Load and unload equipment in a safe and secure manner.
- Complete delivery and collection documentation accurately.
- Carry out equipment checks before transportation.
- Ensure all items are correctly accounted for during transit.
- Maintain a clean, professional and roadworthy vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and transport regulations.
What We’re Looking For

You’ll Have:
- Previous experience in a multi-drop or delivery driving role.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- The ability to undertake manual handling duties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude.
