We are looking for Party Chiefs to join us on a permanent, full-time contract and lead our offshore survey teams. As an independent contractor, we have delivered survey and positioning expertise to the global offshore industry for over four decades. With a diverse range of long-term clients who require accurate, efficient solutions using the latest methods and technologies, no two projects are ever the same. We support our clients across various activities, including surface and subsea positioning, MBES seabed surveys, subsea infrastructure installation, as-built surveys, and regular maintenance and inspection. The ideal candidate will have a proven offshore track record in a senior position leading offshore survey teams. You will be adept at reacting and changing to new situations, along with having strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will have good communication skills and work well as both the leader and a member of a team. Responsibilities: Organising and managing the offshore survey team. Maintaining safe operations and the welfare of the survey team. Ensuring client requirements are being met to the required standards. Maintain effective communication with clients offshore and keep onshore management up to date with progress. Providing survey positioning and navigation support using various technical software and data acquisition systems. Managing and assisting with the setup and calibration of survey sensors. Ensuring the entire survey system is continuously operational and monitoring all incoming data sources to meet project requirements. Ensuring quality with attention to detail. Qualifications: Nationally recognised relevant academic qualification. Current offshore medical, survival and safety certification. 5+ Years of offshore survey experience, ideally holding IMCA competency at Senior or Party Chief Level. Experience with Eiva Navisuite packages. IT literate and comfortable with simple PC networking and software maintenance. Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
