What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and launching a full volunteer programme from the ground up
  • Creating structured pathways across mentoring, employability, events and skills-based volunteering
  • Recruiting, onboarding and training volunteers, including prison-specific compliance processes
  • Building engagement strategies that keep a large volunteer community active, connected and motivated
  • Developing corporate partnerships that help fund and grow the programme
  • Planning and delivering impactful events both inside prisons and within the wider community
  • Managing budgets, reporting, policies and programme impact tracking
