About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to lead our Concrete Division's quality, control, and production efforts. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of innovative concrete products, ensure adherence to the highest quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across all production processes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration between technical, commercial, and operational teams to deliver exceptional products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate and Develop: Lead the creation and testing of new concrete products and processes, pushing the boundaries of industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality audits, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of materials technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all products meet current and emerging industry standards and specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial and operational teams to align product offerings with market demands and operational capabilities.
- Issue Resolution: Lead investigations into material non-conformities and customer complaints, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
