Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an MRICS Chartered Surveyor to join the Kent valuation team on a permanent basis. You will undertake commercial property valuations across Kent, including HMOs, MUFBs and development valuations, while maintaining high reporting standards.
This role offers a basic salary up to £75,000 with an uncapped, fee-based bonus and an OTE of £120,000+. You will manage instructions from enquiry to completion and develop strong client relationships.
