We are supporting a rapidly growing digital healthcare provider that is expanding its ADHD assessment services through the NHS Right to Choose (RTC) pathway. They are now looking for a Patient Referral Coordinator with strong SystmOne experience to manage and process incoming patient referrals. This role sits at the centre of the referral pathway. You will be responsible for reviewing referrals received from GP surgeries and other clinical sources, ensuring all information within SystmOne is accurate and complete, and transferring patients into the organisation’s internal systems so they can progress through the clinical assessment process. This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with clinical data and NHS referral pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming patient referrals received from GP surgeries and healthcare providers
  • Work directly within SystmOne to review, check and manage referral information
  • Ensure all patient data is accurate, complete and compliant before referrals progress
  • Add patients to internal systems and ensure they are correctly registered within the assessment pathway
  • Identify missing information or discrepancies and resolve these before referrals move forward
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with NHS and clinical governance standards
  • Support the smooth movement of patients through the referral and onboarding process

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience using SystmOne (essential)
  • Experience handling Patient referrals or clinical administrative workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage a high volume of patient referrals and records
  • Professional communication skills when dealing with GP surgeries and healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of the Right to Choose pathway would be advantageous
