Location: Reading£26,000to £29,000 per annum + Performance Bonus + Phone Allowance

A unique opportunity has arrived! We’re launching an incredible Family Entertainment Centre in Reading—combining a buzzing bar, delicious food, and thrilling entertainment, all under one roof.

Your Role as Assistant Bar & Kitchen Manager:
Operational Leadership – Keep things running smoothly, from managing stock to ensuring a spotless bar & kitchen setup.Customer Experience – Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring outstanding service.Team Management – Support, train, and motivate staff to deliver the best experience possible.Menu Development – Bring innovation to our food & drinks menu, ensuring quality and creativity.Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain top-tier standards for food handling, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.Financial Control – Assist with budgeting, sales tracking, and minimising waste to boost profitability.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ experience in a bar & food environment
- Strong knowledge of beverage prep, food safety, and stock management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
