You’ll be working closely with senior leadership on a range of surfacing and highways projects, taking ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates for surfacing and highways projects
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Pricing works across asphalt, civils, and associated packages
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
  • Supporting bid submissions and commercial strategy
  • Working alongside operations to ensure realistic and deliverable pricing

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in estimating within surfacing, highways, or civil engineering
  • OR a strong Quantity Surveyor with pricing/tendering exposure
  • Good understanding of asphalt / road construction projects
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation
