Join a high-performing team at a fast-paced asphalt production plant that’s the backbone of local infrastructure projects across the region. We’re currently recruiting for two Plant Operatives to join this operation, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and consistent production of asphalt for key construction and road projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining the asphalt mixing plant
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
- Troubleshooting machinery and reporting any faults to the maintenance team
- Managing raw material inputs and ensuring quality control throughout the mixing process
- Supporting the wider team during breakdowns, clean-downs, and shift transitions
- Working collaboratively in a shift-based team structure to meet production targets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working within asphalt, concrete, quarrying, or similar heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices
