Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC pin
2+ years post-qualification experience
UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Cornwall
Community nursing experience desirable (training provided)
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

What Youll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the community
Support patients with treatments such as IV medication, injections, phlebotomy, cannulation, technical equipment setup, and dialysis (full training given)
Carry out patient assessments and provide tailored education on treatment and self-medication
Accurately document care to support real-time clinical records
Build strong relationships with patients, families, NHS stakeholders and your wider support team
Act as an ambassador for quality, safe care, ensuring compliance with professional and clinical standards
Shifts & Flexibility
40 hours per week, across 5 days on a 2-week rolling rota (7-day service)
