We are seeking an organised and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our Edinburgh office and support the smooth running of the business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who is confident working independently and managing a varied workload across administration, accounts support, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct enquiries as required
  • Monitor, send, and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Process quotes and invoices accurately
  • Maintain organised filing systems and general office records
  • Manage daily office administration with minimal supervision
  • Support the wider business with ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Experience and Skills
  • Previous experience in an office administration or office management role
  • Confident working independently and managing workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Sage is essential
  • Comfortable handling quotes, invoices, and general administrative processes
