The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning cloud networking, enterprise security, SD-WAN, and endpoint management. Reporting to the Group Head of IT, you will work closely with infrastructure, security, and IT support teams across the business. You will take ownership of our global SD-WAN leveraging Cisco Meraki and Azure connectivity, manage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, support firewall security, and drive Intune (UEM/MDM) across the business. Alongside project work, you will provide 2nd/3rd line technical support where required, ensuring high service standards while playing a key role in global deployments and upgrades. Key Responsibilities
- Network and SD-WAN
- Design, implement, and manage a global SD-WAN integrated with Microsoft Azure and Meraki technologies
- Configure and maintain VNets, subnets, gateways, NSGs, and hybrid connectivity
- Plan and manage IP addressing including CIDR, VLANs, routing, and NAT
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability across LAN, WAN, and WiFi environments
- Cisco Meraki Infrastructure
- Own and manage Meraki MX, MS, and MR environments
- Configure VLANs, DHCP, routing, and secure wireless networks
- Lead global rollouts, upgrades, and standardisation projects
- Security and Firewalls
- Administer Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet firewalls
- Manage rules, NAT, VPNs, NSGs, and access control policies
- Support incident response, compliance, and security improvements
- Cloud and Hybrid IT
- Troubleshoot on-premises and cloud connectivity
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Maintain resilient hybrid infrastructure
- UEM and MDM using Microsoft Intune
- Manage device lifecycle, onboarding, and configuration
- Enforce security and compliance policies
- Enable secure access across endpoints
- IT Support
- Provide end-to-end technical support across networks, hardware, and applications
- Continuously improve the end user experience
- Maintain documentation and systems knowledge base
- Travel and Deployment
- Occasional travel to UK and international locations for installations, upgrades, and new office launches
- Support infrastructure rollouts and on-site delivery
What We Are Looking For
