My client, a charming 12 bed country inn based in the beautiful & historic Cotswold town of Tetbury, is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the senior team and help oversee its incredibly popular, simple fresh food concept. Utilising outstanding local produce which showcases the best of the Cotswolds, guests come to this property to experience simple dishes cooked incredibly well with a dash of creativity.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with the drive to help build upon the reputation it has already established as one of the Cotswolds' top foodie destinations. As Sous Chef, you'll help manage a team who combine tremendous talent with a real desire to improve and progress their own careers. Taking a firm interest in their personal development is essential.
It goes without saying that as Sous Chef at a property like this, cooking must be your greatest passion with flavour at the heart of everything you do!
