Restaurant Supervisor Needed For Multi Award-Winning Fine-Dining Restaurant in Historic St Andrews!

  • Salary: £32,000 basic salary
  • Additional Monthly Service Charge: Approx. £6,000-£7,000 per year
  • Work Life Balance: Every Sunday off and 3pm starts Monday-Wednesday

My client, a modern and stylish fine-dining restaurant, is looking for a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join their skilled Front of House team. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will help ensure the venue maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the most unique and inspiring dining experiences in Scotland.

With a menu that showcases incredibly creative and innovative Scottish cuisine, you will take a hands-on approach to ensuring that the Front of House team delivers the relaxed, yet highly attentive and efficient service this restaurant is known for.

This independently owned restaurant retains strong ambitions, and we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive. Most importantly, we need a personable and charismatic individual who will embrace being one of the main figureheads on the floor, getting to know the guests, building relationships, and helping to create a truly memorable experience for all who walk through the door.
