My client, one of Bedfordshire's premier fresh food gastro pubs based 6 miles outside of Bedford in a stunning village location, is looking to recruit a highly service driven restaurant manager to help oversee the running of this incredibly popular venue.
With the focus being primarily on the food given recognition from the Michelin Guide and The Good Food Guide, we need a passionate, hands-on restaurant manager to take the lead in elevating the guest experience even further.
As restaurant manager of one of Bedfordshire's most recognisable properties, which regularly attracts famous celebrities, politicians and business leaders, it's not a stretch to say this is a once-in-career type of opportunity!
As restaurant manager, you'll be responsible for leading a highly enthusiastic team, ensuring that every employee has the necessary training, guidance and support to do their role as effectively as possible and help maintain and further build on this venue's already outstanding reputation.
Most importantly, a personable and charismatic individual is what's needed, someone who can act as one of the main figureheads across the property, getting to know the guests, chatting to the regulars and creating a relaxed and welcoming home from home environment.
