My client, a stylish new café bistro based in a prime Edinburgh city centre location, is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their skilled kitchen team at this highly anticipated new opening.
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll work closely alongside an outstanding head chef and assist in all aspects of pre-opening, before then launching and unleashing this exciting new concept on the Edinburgh hospitality scene. With an all-fresh food menu showcasing simple sharing plates, as Junior Sous Chef you'll help deliver clean and contemporary modern dishes with innovative twists that consistently wow guests! Cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.
This independent family-owned property is incredibly ambitious, and as such, we're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm and drive when it comes to helping it establish an excellent reputation on the marketplace amongst the foodie crowd.
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll not only be able to improve your knowledge across all sections, but you'll also have the chance to really develop your back of house understanding and learn what it takes to run a profitable kitchen day-to-day.
