As Junior Sous Chef at one of Oxfordshires most recognisable country inns, which regularly attracts famous celebrities, politicians and business leaders, it's not a stretch to say this is a once-in-career type of opportunity!

Utilising outstanding local produce which showcases the best of Oxfordshire, guests come to this property to experience modern British classics with a twist. As such, cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do!

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll not only be able to improve your knowledge across all sections, but you'll also have the chance to really develop your back of house understanding and general kitchen management skills, really learning what it takes to run a profitable kitchen day-to-day!
