Set in 12 acres of magnificent woodland overlooking the rolling Northumberland countryside, this restaurant features an innovative & creative 2 AA Rosette menu using all fresh, local & seasonal produce. Regular visitors include famous celebrities, politicians, and business leaders.

As Chef de Partie, you will help deliver modern dishes with innovative twists that consistently wow guests. You will also need to be flexible to work across a multi-faceted hotel which offers guests a more relaxed bar menu option, as well as servicing many different weddings, functions, and events throughout the year.
