My client, a charming 12 bed country inn, is looking for a talented Sous Chef to help deliver its incredibly popular, yet simple fresh food concept. Utilising outstanding local produce which showcases the best of the Cotswolds, guests come to this property to experience simple dishes cooked incredibly well with a dash of creativity.

We're looking for a Sous Chef with the drive to help build upon the reputation it's already established as one of the Cotswolds' top foodie destinations. As Sous Chef, cooking must be your greatest passion with flavour at the heart of everything you do. Experience with training and developing a team is also important. There's plenty of talent here and a hands-on approach is needed to ensure they have the necessary advice and guidance to both perform their duties effectively and fulfil their potential as chefs.

Working for true independent hospitality operators with many years of experience in the industry, you'll be given a brilliant platform to help create and deliver a simple menu that's bursting with originality and flavour.
