Based in the Jewel of the Cotswolds, this charming café bistro is looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their skilled kitchen team and continue to unleash this original food concept on the Cotswolds hospitality scene.
As Senior Sous Chef, you'll support the Chef Proprietor in delivering a clean and contemporary menu with innovative twists that consistently wow guests. Cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.
This independent owned property is incredibly ambitious, and we are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive when it comes to further establishing this venue's reputation amongst the foodie crowd.
You'll also have the chance to really develop your business and commercial acumen working closely alongside the owner, learning what it takes to run a successful and profitable company day-to-day.
