My client, a stylish café bistro based in a prime Edinburgh city centre location offering spectacular panoramic views of the city, is looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their skilled kitchen team and continue to unleash this original food concept on the Edinburgh hospitality scene!
With an all-fresh food menu showcasing simple sharing plates, as Senior Chef de Partie you'll help deliver clean and contemporary modern dishes with innovative twists that are consistently wowing guests! Cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.
This independent family-owned property is incredibly ambitious and as such, we're looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm and drive when it comes to helping it establish an excellent reputation on the marketplace amongst the foodie crowd!
As Senior Chef de Partie you'll not only be able to improve your knowledge across all sections, but you'll also have the chance to really develop your back of house understanding and general kitchen management skills, really learning what it takes to run a profitable kitchen day-to-day!
