My client, a Luxury Country House Hotel based in the Beautiful Cotswold Town of Stonehouse, is looking for a Talented Duty Manager to join the senior team and provide the superlative guest experience that this property has built its long-established reputation on delivering!
As Duty Manager you'll be hands-on, working with your colleagues across all departments to co-ordinate the efficient day-to-day running of this Magnificent Award-Winning Property. Set in its own Stunning Grounds on the outskirts of this Picture Perfect Cotswold Town, this is a varied role that will Primarily involve Work Across Food & Beverage, as well as helping to oversee and manage All Accommodation and Event Enquiries.
The successful Duty Manager will have a Positive and Pro-Active Attitude towards the resolution of problems which may arise during the course of a shift. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues and be counted upon to make decisions quickly and decisively.
Working a Mixture of Straight Shifts, the Duty Manager will be floating in and out of different parts of the business so a Flexible Approach and a Welcoming Personality is required!
