My client, one of the Cotswolds premier fresh food restaurants based in Cirencester, is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to help deliver its incredibly original & creative food concept. As Junior Sous Chef, you'll help produce simple, clean and contemporary dishes that consistently wow guests!
You will also have the chance to develop your back of house understanding and general kitchen management skills, really learning what it takes to run a profitable kitchen day-to-day. Utilising only the freshest local Cotswold produce with a focused seasonal approach, the guests here enjoy experiencing an eclectic modern British menu, with the best service and a welcoming atmosphere.
As Junior Sous Chef, cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do. Having a keen interest in sustainability would also be a plus. You'll ensure that this restaurant maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the premier destination dining venues in the Cotswolds!
