Are you a Breakfast/Lunch Chef who enjoys using the finest, locally sourced, sustainable, seasonal ingredients to produce simple, tasty food? If so, then please read on below!

My client, a luxury country house hotel based in the beautiful Cotswold town of Stonehouse, is looking for a skilled Breakfast/Lunch Chef to join the team and help oversee the plated, fresh food breakfast service, as well as assisting in preparing and delivering the lunch service.

Utilising outstanding local produce which showcases the best of the Cotswolds, guests come to this hotel to experience simple breakfast & lunch dishes cooked incredibly well, with a dash of creativity! All ingredients are local with seasonality at the heart of everything that is produced.

The Breakfast/Lunch Chef position offers a great work-life balance, working a 4 day week on a 40 hour contract with paid overtime! For any chef that joins this team, cooking must be one of your greatest passions and we’ll happily indulge you in this every day!

Working for true independent hospitality operators with many years of experience in the industry, you’ll be given a brilliant platform to help create and deliver a breakfast & lunch menu that’s bursting with flavour!
