Established in 2018 and accoladed in Michelin from its opening year, owned and run by a seasoned hospitality professional, this role offers huge autonomy for the Head Chef in menu development and a rare opportunity to earn a Michelin Star within an established successful framework.
As Head Chef, you'll manage a small, incredibly talented team of chefs and together you'll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the premier destination dining venues in Scotland with a core client base of international customers and repeat business.
Utilising outstanding home grown produce and a farm-to-fork approach, cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.
Working 5 days a week with every Sunday & Monday off, you'll be given full autonomy to develop a signature tasting menu, maintaining a strong GP and ensuring dishes are costed appropriately.
With just the evening service to oversee and a maximum of 6 tables, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance, allowing you to retain that passion and enthusiasm for the work you do! You'll need to be comfortable interacting with guests during service, discussing the inspiration behind your food, and answering any questions they may have.
