My client, a modern & stylish café bistro based in a prime Edinburgh city centre location offering unrivalled panoramic views across the city, is looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead their slick and highly skilled Front of House team.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely alongside the GM ensuring that this relatively new café bistro concept continues to build on the outstanding reputation it has already established on the Edinburgh hospitality scene.
With an all-fresh food menu showcasing simple, yet incredibly creative & innovative sharing plates, as Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll take a hands-on approach to ensuring the Front of House team have the guidance and support needed to deliver the relaxed, yet highly attentive service this venue is known for.
