- My client, a Multi Award-Winning Michelin Guide Listed Gastro Pub based in a Prime Edinburgh Central Location, is looking for a Dynamic Assistant General Manager to come on board and help drive the venue in achieving its ambitious future goals!
- As Assistant General Manager of one of Edinburghs Most Recognisable Properties which regularly attracts Famous Celebrities, Politicians and Business Leaders , its not a stretch to say this is a once-in-career type of opportunity!
- With a Highly Acclaimed Fresh Food Menu & Global Beverage Offering , as Assistant General Manager youll be responsible for helping to lead a passionate team, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring that every person has the necessary guidance and support to do their role as effectively as possible, further building on the venues outstanding reputation!
- As Assistant General Manager, being visible on the floor and possessing a natural hands-on approach is essential. Its also important that youre either already comfortable, or keen to develop your admin skills, such as Writing Rotas , Monitoring Staff Costings , Ordering etc, although guidance and support will be available with this.
- This Independently Owned Property is incredibly ambitious when it comes to improving and elevating the guest experience even further, and as such, were looking for an Assistant General Manager who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm and drive!
- Most importantly, a Personable and Charismatic Individual is whats needed, someone who can act as one of the Main Figureheads across the property, getting to know the guests, chatting to the regulars and creating a relaxed and welcoming home from home environment!
