My client, a stylish new café bistro based in a prime Edinburgh city centre location, is looking for a talented Assistant General Manager to join the team in an important no. 2 role at this highly anticipated new opening.
As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely alongside an outstanding General Manager and assist in all aspects of pre-opening, before then launching and unleashing this new concept on the Edinburgh hospitality scene!
With an all-fresh food menu showcasing simple sharing plates, as Assistant General Manager you'll help lead a passionate Front of House team, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring that every person has the necessary guidance and support to deliver a relaxed, yet attentive service.
This independently owned property is incredibly ambitious and as such, we're looking for an Assistant General Manager who shares the same level of energy, enthusiasm and drive when it comes to building and establishing an excellent reputation in the marketplace!
Most importantly, a personable and charismatic individual is what's needed, someone who can act as one of the main figureheads across the property, getting to know the guests, building those relationships and creating a relaxed and welcoming home-from-home environment!
