The Andrew Simpson Foundation is recruiting a Youth Head Coach to lead our Performance Academy youth programmes, taking ownership of programme planning, coaching delivery, athlete development and event support.

You will work with a talented coaching team across the UK, driving long-term development, building strong relationships with athletes and parents, and guiding programmes from camps to national events.
